Every year, 2 October marks one of the biggest nights on our calendar. A celebration that brings together familiar faces, celebrates our city and makes for a dancefloor that somehow always finds another gear until the lights come on. We can't wait to welcome you in our warehouse yet again.


Leading the night is Ryan Elliott. Born in Detroit and based in Berlin, he has spent over two decades refining a sound that effortlessly connects the musical heritage of both cities. As a resident of Berghain and Panorama Bar, Ryan has built a reputation as one of those rare DJs who never settles for the obvious. His sets move between punchy house and driving techno with remarkable ease, guided by impeccable selection and a feel for the room that only comes with years behind the decks. Every record has a purpose, every transition tells a story.


Joining him for a special back to back are Wibar resident Kevin Lo and our very own Tom O'Riordan. Both obsessive diggers with a shared love for house music, they'll be diving deep into timeless grooves, rolling rhythms and soulful cuts for three hours straight. Make sure you arrive early to catch them work their magic.

On 3 October we welcome BASHKKA to Wibar. A DJ and producer shaped by a decade in New York, her sound sits at the intersection of rhythm, emotion and connection. Moving between house and techno, her sets are playful yet precise, intimate yet expansive, always guided by a deep understanding of the dancefloor. From Panorama Bar to Blitz Club and beyond, she has built a reputation for creating moments where music, movement and community come together.


A familiar face returns as Valody takes over the decks. As one of our trusted Wibar regulars, she has become a beloved part of our story. Originally from Portugal and now based in Amsterdam, Valody brings a unique energy to every set. For this special night she leaves the heavier edges behind and dives into house, bringing her passion and carefully selected records straight to the floor.


Closing the night is angelboy. The Amsterdam based DJ and producer is known for high-energy sets where unexpected sounds, banging rhythms and pure joy collide. With a background rooted in queer community and a love for pushing boundaries, they turn every dancefloor into a space for connection, release and celebration.

Oi mate, 90's Rave is back in full force with a full on UK Bass Special. 🔊

On the 17th of October we welcome Doppler soundsystem crew, all the way from London, for a night of Jungle, Bass, Tekno and Acid. They're bringing their own DIY built soundsystem and decorations, the same setup they normally use for squat parties in and around London. This will be their first gig outside the UK, and we're doing everything we can to bring that raw freeparty energy into Wibar for the night.

Expect a wall of sound, DIY deco built specifically for the occasion, and a fully UK lineup from top to bottom. See you in the warehouse!

Friday, October 23rd, Baila Dembow takes over Wibar for a full night of reggaeton, dembow and Latin Caribbean heat, the kind of night where the floor fills before midnight and nobody remembers the walk home. Bad Bunny, Karol G, El Alfa, Rauw Alejandro, Daddy Yankee, Anuel AA, all night, no breaks. The perreo starts on the first track and it does not stop until the lights come on.

Here is the honest part. Tickets go up as the date gets closer, and the first round is the cheapest it will ever be. Leiden always shows up hard, so we do not expect the door to stay open long.

De Wibar transformeert tot een wereld waarin niets vanzelfsprekend is. Artiesten, wetenschappers en andere bijzondere figuren nemen je mee in installaties, performances en onverwachte ontmoetingen.

Je weet niet wat je meemaakt. We proberen het ook niet uit te leggen. Verwonder je maar, net als wij. Over de zang van een rietzanger of van mannen in een pak. Over de nieuwe wereldorde. Over heftruckjes. Laat je platstampen, je oren in de knoop draaien, je ogen rollen.

Je hoeft het niet te snappen. Laat je uitdagen, verwarren en verrassen. Dit is een Absurde Toestand.


Haagse indiepopweirdo en beeldend kunstenaar. Maakt veel muziek, waaronder het album Kleinpop, dat uit dertig nummers van ongeveer een minuut bestaat.




Post-punkband rond Kboy, met Mr Spooky op bas, Mark Rutte op drums en Freaky Funk op gitaar. Hun EP heet Mukus Mensenslijm.



Experimenteel duo uit België dat werkt met onder meer stem, percussie, bas en elektronica en live geluid laag voor laag opbouwt.



Bestuurskundige, campagnestrateeg en schrijver die in 2008 in het campagneteam van Barack Obama werkte. Nu volgt ze voor Reporters Online onder meer de absurde besluiten van Trump en zijn gevolg.



Bioloog en schrijver die onderzoekt wat dieren bouwen met wat wij achterlaten. Daar zit muziek in.




Allround kunstenaar. Neemt ook nog een stand mee om lekker spullen te verkopen.




Maken theater dat ze zelf realistisch absurdisme noemen. Dat doen ze soms in een portiekflat of op een festival, dan weer avondvullend in een heus theater dan weer in een absurdistische podcast van drie minuten.




De Gestampte Meisjes gaan dit land redden met zieke HITS. Hoe? Vraag je je af? Way meer polarisering. Ze hebben kneiterhard geprobeerd te verbinden in deze chaos, maar dat is flink mislukt. We proberen nu al decennialang te verbinden; tijd om te splitsen! Zieke wall of death in je maatschappij. Yin bij Yin en Yang bij Yanken.




Instagram-fenoneem met tienduizenden volgers. Verkoopt gebruikte rollenbanen, transportbanden en complete transportsystemen.




Beeldend kunstenaar die schildert en installaties en performances maakt. Haar werk gaat over systemen, structuren en de manier waarop objecten, ruimtes en mensen zich daartoe verhouden.




Vier klank-kunst-knutsers experimenteren er lustig op los met gitaren, electronica, kringloopvondsten en muzikale zaag. Hier en daar ondersteund door in onbruik geraakte poëzie: lekken lachen met William Blake.




Leidse theater en performer. Onderzoeker van apocalyptische algoritmes,
viltstiftbewegingen in vliegtuigen en zijn eigen mentale uithoudingsvermogen.



Floor vertoont films die je niet snel in de bioscoop tegenkomt, behalve bij ‘Voor Niemand Wat Wils’ tijdens het Leids filmfestival.

For the halloween SWAMP special we decided to join forces with Wibar to transform their warehouse full Buurman & Buurman style!

Expect a nasty variety of decoration pieces to shock u senseless special acts and of course... one of the best soundsystems of NL:
ZINLOOS GELUID will be joining us with their biggest deployment of their soundsystem in Wibar yet.
A wall of sound: 7 meters long, 3 meters+ tall, almost wall to wall, you don't want to miss this.

Halloween is one of our favorite nights of the year, and every year we lose our minds a little transforming the warehouse for it. This year we welcome you into our humble swamp and will pull you all the way in on October 31st.

Moxes and Emvae are no strangers to the Wibar dancefloor, but this time they'll finally join forces for an extended set that will make it impossible to stand still. Groningen's Emmz opens, laying down the groove before they drop in and take it from there. All three know Wibar inside out and always leave us longing for more. No doubt it will get freaky again.

CONTR4ST exists to shine a light on the brighter side of dance music, a space of pure euphoria, nostalgia and joy. At their nights the focus is on making people smile and making them want to hug their friends. Think prog house, house and HI-NRG with a touch of trance and Italo, warm, soulful and made for the dancefloor.


London born, Berlin based, and after years as fka.m4a now stepping forward under his real name. Jay runs CONTR4ST himself, and this is the first time he brings it to our warehouse. HERE WE GO. One last time. After 10 amazing years of organizing events, seeing and feeling the love from you all and getting to meet the most inspiring artists, it is time for our final edition.


We have poured our blood, sweat and tears into Basement and we are so, so tired (and our backs are hurting all the time). So it’s time to pass the torch, but not before we host one last banger for you all.

Headlining is one of our all-time favourites: the one and only Enei, bringing the underground sound we love so much. And we’re not stopping there. We’ve stacked the support section and invited back old friends to celebrate 10 unforgettable years of Basement.


It's gonna be a full house, filled with nothing but the vibes you've come to know and love.
